entangled legacies

A Meditative Audiovisual Sculpture

This event is part of Refractions: Perspectives Across Time, a group exhibition supported by Shapes UK.

Entangled Legacies is a meditative installation exploring the invisible threads that bind us through generations, the echoes, fractures, and quiet revolutions that shape who we become.

Through interwoven organic forms and radiant beams of pink, orange, and blue light, the work traces the delicate tension between belonging and transformation. What begins as memory unravels into movement, a choreography of rupture and renewal, where light itself becomes both scar and horizon.

Rooted in the language of abstraction and embodied storytelling, Entangled Legacies invites reflection on the paradox of inheritance: the pull of the past and the promise of release.

There is no fixed narrative, only shifting textures of colour, sound, and sensation. Visitors are invited to linger, to feel the pulse of what connects and divides, to dwell in the exquisite space between holding on and letting go.
